Metin Tiryaki

After graduating from Istanbul University's Faculty of Business Administration, I pursued a Master's degree in Management and Marketing at Yeditepe University.

 

Started to my career in 1990 at AKK A.Ş.'s Call Center, before moving on to Esbank. Spent 12 years as Garanti Bank's Call Center Operations Manager and later served as Eureko Sigorta's Call Center Director.

 

I have also served as a Turkey and World Call Center Awards jury member, in addition to offering consultation services to various institutions and organizations in the banking, finance, and call center industries.

 

I am a strong believer in equal rights for all living things, including nature, animals, and human beings. I strive to follow in Atatürk's footsteps, enjoy rock and metal music, read over a hundred books a year, and am an avid supporter of Fenerbahçe.
